The Second Flag Behind President Buhari In His Nationwide Broadcast.
Nigerians have reacted to the recent broadcast of President Muhammadu Buhari on the evening of Sunday the 29th, many questions have been thrown up by the televised live-broadcast.
Some of these include the reason why the President had to make it a pre-recorded and not a live interaction session with Nigerians or reporters who could have the opportunity to ask questions just like other Presidents and leaders have done and continue to do.
Another question that has been raised is that of the second flag positioned to the right of the President during his broadcast. The green, white and blue flag has raised eyebrows and questions over what it really stand s for and represent.
Answering the question, the President’s Special Assistant on Digital Media, Tolu Ogunlesi took to his Twitter handle to answer saying:

A: It symbolizes his office and position as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
