Obasanjo Donates Rooms For Isolation Centre

Ex Nigeria President Olusegun Obasanjo has donated 32-rooms of his former residence at the Olusegun Osoba Hilltop to be used as isolation centre for victims of Coronavirus.
In his statement by his media aide, Kehinde Akinyemi, on Friday, said the facility has been handed over to the Ogun State government for immediate take over.

The statement said Obasanjo was concerned about the pandemic and appealed to those in position to assist to do so.

The statement reads, “Former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Friday, announced that his former residence at the Presidential Hilltop, Abeokuta, Ogun State be used as isolation centre for victims of the dreaded Coronavirus disease.
“The Ex President was concerned about the pandemic “and I think those who can in one way or another assist in this situation should do so,” he was quoted as having said.
